PT Heavenly Home Furniture specialises in handcrafted furniture, home décor, lighting, and custom-made interior pieces. Many of our products are handmade using natural materials and may require specialised production, handling, and delivery arrangements.

By placing an order with PT Heavenly Home Furniture, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

"As an independent online studio, we do not hold physical retail inventory. All furniture pieces are individually made-to-order upon checkout confirmation. Please factor our 1 to 3 week production timeline into your delivery expectations when ordering from our studio."

Order Processing

Orders are typically reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customisation requirements, supplier preparation, courier availability, and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

For domestic orders within Indonesia, shipping costs may vary depending on the product size, weight, delivery location, courier service, and handling requirements.

Small and ready-to-ship items may be shipped using standard domestic courier services. Large furniture, fragile items, oversized products, and custom orders may require specialist handling, dedicated transport, or scheduled delivery.

Domestic deliveries may be arranged through trusted courier and logistics partners, including Biteship-supported courier services where available.

Shipping Times

For ready-to-ship items within Indonesia, the estimated delivery is usually 1–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the selected courier service and delivery location.

For custom, made-to-order, large, fragile, or oversized furniture items, production and preparation times may apply before dispatch. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed during the order process or after purchase.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items can safely access the delivery location, including doorways, lifts, staircases, roads, parking areas, and building access.

If special handling, additional manpower, or alternative delivery arrangements are required, additional charges may apply.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Some large furniture or specialist deliveries may be arranged directly with the customer and may not always use standard parcel tracking.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, traffic, customs or regional restrictions, public holidays, product availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
